Registration forms

If you would like your child to attend Morning Larks or Night Owls, please complete a registration form and hand it in to the school office before booking. Terms and conditons for the clubs can also be found within this document. 

Bookings for the club should be made on the Eduspot site no later than Sunday night for the week in advance. Please be aware, refunds cannot be given for sessions your child does not attend.

Payment for all sessions should be made in advance, unless you are paying using childcare vouchers. Please contact the school office for information about childcare vouchers and companies the school is registered with. 

Places at the clubs are limited and early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. We have strict capacity numbers - once a club is full, places will not be available to book online.
