    All EYFS pupils will be dismissed from the ‘top’ outside gate nearest to the Reading Shed.    		 3.15pm

    Pupils in Class 1 will be dismissed from the gate at the bottom of the ramp connected to the mobile.
    Pupils in Class 2 will be dismissed from the lower double doors.
    Pupils in Class 3 will be dismissed from the KS1 courtyard gate.    		 3.15pm

    Class 4 exit via the door beneath the verandah.
    Pupils in Classes 5 & 6 should be met on the KS2 playground.    		 3.15pm

    Class 7 via the top door under the verandah.
    Classes 8/9 via the KS2 playground.

    Travel to and from school

    • Walking or cycling is encouraged to promote health and reduce congestion.
    • Pupils who cycle or scoot must collect and sign the cycle/scooter policy.
    • Cycles and scooters may be stored in the designated school racks.

    Parking

    • Parking is restricted to staff, authorised visitors, or those with a disability permit.
    • This policy ensures pupil safety during arrival and dismissal times.

    Arrival / Collection

    • Pupils may arrive from 8:35 a.m. via the LKS2 verandah door.
    • Parents should not accompany children into classrooms.
    • At 3:15 p.m., pupils are collected from the playground.
    • Children walking home alone must have written permission on file.

    Late Arrivals

    • Pupils arriving after 8:45 a.m. must be signed in at the school office.

    Appointments

    • Parents must inform the school office of any appointments in advance.
    • Evidence of the appointment must be provided.

    Absence

    • Absences must be reported to the school office by 9:15 a.m. on the first day.

    End of Day

    • The school day ends at 3:15 p.m..
    • Pupils are collected from the playground unless attending a club.

    After School Clubs

    • Clubs run from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m..
    • Children must be collected from the main entrance at the end of the session.

    Punctuality Monitoring

    • Pupils’ punctuality is closely monitored to ensure a calm and consistent start to the school day.
